Default Question to photo guru's

Hello,

I am currently shooting with a Canon Rebel Xti. I have the standard EFS 18-55mm lens. I feel very limited in the type of shooting I can do with this lens. Can anyone recommend something different. Maybe someone has something nice for sale. I think I am basically looking for more voom....but any advice would be great!

P.S not looking to spend a ton of money

Thanks in advance!

Jakub

Tamron 17-50 or a Sigma 24-70. Will get you every shot you need if all you shoot is cars, landscapes, and the occasional portrait.
