Which software for batch processing?
Hi,
I just wondered if anyone had any recommendations for software I could use on my Asus R2H to batch process my photo's (auto level etc or resize depending on internet connection) prior to flickr upload?

If you have a legal copy of Photoshop in the UK it will have cost you small fortune.
Just looked up the ASUS 800 x 480 screen
you are going to have a hard time managing images on that size of screen I was going to suggest Lightroom as a cheaper alternative but it's still going to be horrible to use on a screen with that resolution.

If I thought that screen resolution of this type of device would stay the same for the next few years I would be tempted to write some basic image processing software using one of the available graphics libraries.
The problem here is not so much the view of the photo, but the seriously congested user interface in most modern graphics programs i.e. all the sidebars etc. I could write a nice clean user interface to an existing image processing library but it would be quite an investment of time to do so
You might be better having a look at some of the Unix or Linux based solutions I think there might be a chance of a better interface for a small device like that, cant' really help though as I'm not a Linux guy.
Didn't Graham (Badger) find something Linux'y for his EEPc...
