I usually convert in CaptureONE and finish up in CS4. I can't comment on CS5 since I havent used it yet. I had a big fight with Adobe because I bought CS4 and then CS5 came out, and they refused to let me upgrade, since they didn't say anything about CS5 coming out that soon. As a result, I will no longer give Adobe any of my money, and do what 99% of the world does.....

Ha ha, I totally understand. I feel that way about AutoDesk (and on-and-off Microsoft). Software companies are just like airlines, fly frequently enough and you'll find there are no good ones.
