IMO, too much post. Car and dog pics are soft. The first mark up tag for the beach image (crooked horizon) has a closing curly bracket (}) instead of a square bracket (]).

Too much post? Not sure what you mean by that. Could give a f@#k less about brackets, as this is about PHOTOGRAPHY. Car pics are no where near "soft" although the first dog pic was. There is no crooked horizon on the beach pic, because you can't even see it. Are you trolling me or just not very intuitive?

Post processing.

If you don't fix your BBCode, most people won't go out of their way to enter their URL into their browser do they can view your picture. Are you trying to say that you don't care about your BBCode? If so, then it should be you couldn't care less about it.

Maybe you're right about the car pictures. I'll retract my statement of softness regarding them.

Since I was trying to be helpful and point out that lazy people can't see it, but people who put in the effort to click on the link can. Maybe you can't see it, but I can. Here is it is for you:

It still looks crooked to me. By the way, whether I can see it or not, it's crookedness won't change.

I'm not trolling you. I provided useful feedback but for some reason you took offense to. I'm not being intuitive.

I'm being objective and I'm evaluating your photos on their merits, not my feelings.

If you were trying to insult me, then just insult me. Don't try to make a question where one of the choices is actually correct.

The horizon line is certainly off... the square aspect ratio also takes away from the image. A lot of elements of this image make you want to be on that beach. The trees look great, the color is alluring, the water is beautiful... but your putting it in a box makes it feel enclosed and trapped. Exposure is also a little low on the lower right corner. Could use something more defined there. Obviously it was cropped to a degree, but by how much? If there's more image to work with, not only could you affect the aspect ratio, but you could use that to correct the horizon.

dwight gave some nice, constructive criticism and a point to help out his post. OP got too aggressive imo. I agree with Ted H and dwight on the pictures

The car pics don't seem soft to me. Might just be our monitors. Contrast and saturation are way too high for my likes on the other photos though.

Thanks man. For those curious, I didn't realize the bracket in the code being off left a picture out, so my bad..I was wondering where it went. Tough crowd indeed as the picture of the beach in question was not cropped, actually it was taken with my phone, I just tried to clean it up a bit. Anyway thanks for the criticism. Also for what it's worth the pic you were referencing did not show up on my page, so i was looking at this image:Attachment 198738

and wondering how it was crooked.
