Default Some Wide Angle stuff from work :)

Very difficult properly expose a dark flight deck and a bright sky............

I had to revert to HDR via HAND HOLDING the camera.........

The pics are not very sharp but I could always work on the technique with a tri-pod (on a ferry flight of course)

It's time for a Flash, either the SB-900 or 600, the 900 might be overkill?

Nice pics.

Tuff call with the 900 vs 800(if you can find one) vs 600

600 will charge up faster but 900 has MORE POWER. but i agree with dave go with more flash

Since you didn't have a flash at the time, I think this is a good example of where HDR is completely appropriate to use.

That last shot is awesome, it's got everything! An interesting foreground (at least for those of us who don't get to fly planes), a well lit subject, and no distracting background (the windows are very nicely blown out). Only improvement I could think of would be to get him to move his left hand more inline with his body so there wouldn't be as much noticeable distortion on it, but that is very minor.
