Not your best work IMHO. The shadows/grain/tint is not my thing.

I like the DOF and the pose/mood you caught.

I also don't like the grain/tint. Seems kinda like harsh fluorescent lighting.

next time bounce a flash off a wall next to you, it will make a giant softbox
I dont care for the dark eye sockets, just a little flash off a wall near by
would make the photo and colors alive

good focus
