Default Where to Print

I dont have a nice printer, but once in a great while want to have a couple shots printed. Whom do you guys use if you don't print yourself?

I use mpix.com. Fast turn around.

My mom uses Costco for lots of her competition prints and has always been pretty happy with the results.

I use www.whcc.com
In all honesty, I heard Walmart does excellent quality as well (although I've never tried it).

I used to use a little local shop. The photographer closed up the retail side to focus on the actual photography side so that option has gone away.

So, recently, I did use the local Walmart for some 8x10s. I'm very satisfied with the results so far.

I've actually heard Walmart does better than some of the known print places. Crazy.

I wouldn't be suprised if the equipment is very similar. For a big house, I'm sure its just running the print through the process, no 'manual intervention'

The advantage of the small local shop is that we could chat about the photo/effect of what I wanted and he'd help do some post-processing if I needed the help.

I use Mpix. I get my prints fast and pricing isn't bad either
