Default AEM V2

Thanks to xviper for his help with installing my new intake. I'm not one to mod my cars (even minor mods), but after reading threads raving about the sound of this thing I decided to try it out. Wow, what a snarl. I expect it to help on those hot days when sitting at a light. No more quick rev to clear out the hot air before starting off on the green light. I won't pretend that I can feel the 3 HP though.

I haven't done the umbrella yet, but I plugged the drain hole. I got a plastic plug from Home Depot for about 50 cents and it looks basically stock. No duct tape for this guy.

On another note, I just put my S02's back on for the summer and the grip of these tires still amazes me.

Glad to hear you like the AEM. It definitely wakes the car up!

I'm not too concerned about the hydrolock issues. I've had 4 cars now with AEM CAI's without any issues. And when I lived in Calgary I parked my 01 S2000 on a steep driveway all the time...
