Any "Good" tuners in Alberta?
Well, after going to two different tuners and having two blown engines, I am starting to question if we have any tuners in Alberta who can do a good tune on a turbo'd S2K?
Each tuner I've been to has resulted in good numbers; however, a blown engine afterwords. My first setup lasted over 7 months of heavy and hard driving only to end up blowing when I was racing a bike in 6th gear at around 8K rpm. In any case, another guy I was talking to was suggesting the head lifting but I still need to tear it down.
My second setup lasted only 2 months of leaving the dyno where I managed to pump out 330 on his mustang dyno. The two months were equally as hard as the last engine and I was driving hard against everything and anything that moved, even went up against a 2011 mustang Shelby Cobra GT 500 with air intake and we were side by side for a few races. The engine lasted the entire stint of our encounter with no issues. It finally let go when I wasn't even racing, just a spirited drive to the gym and when I stopped, I could hear the destruction of the motor.
After sending my file to another tuner in the states, he was saying that my tune was very off and he's questioning the entire tune and possibly linking it to my engine's failure.
I'm quite the neophyte when it comes to tuning and have no real clue on how to tune it well, but from what I have seen, my initial feelings of having a good tune from both tuners are slowly going out the window and are in severe question after having both these engines fail and having other reputable tuners who have tuned countless S2000's question their tunes.
So my question remains, are there any "good" tuners in or around Calgary who can tune a turbo'd S2K well?

I'd be very interested to know what was said about your second tune. I had my car tuned by the same tuner several weeks later. The tune seemed solid to me, but it's tough to say because I ended up shearing the down pipe and not really having a chance to drive the car all summer.
PM me if you'd like.

He said a few things, like it was too aggressive with the ignition but still, not certain it would kill my motor at only 330 whp on a mustang dyno. I'm wondering if it could have been an overboosting issue or something. I'm going to check the wastegate, but can't be bothered at the moment. I'm planning a trip overseas and will most likely not get a chance to mess with the car until September.
And yeah Max, I'm wondering if getting Mase up here would be worthwhile!
