Hi guys.
This is steve from vancouver
Long story to short, I bought a set of rims from this guy.(VGS guy)
I was told that the rims are in good shape. I trusted the guy and sent the money and I received the rims.
After I got the rims, I saw some damages like chips and looked like repainted or fixed.
I mounted the tires and came out really bad wheel balance. I PMed him couple times and never got reply.
I sent the rims to repair shop in local(well known shop), got a call back from them, they can't even fix the rims.
Please understand this situation and please help me find this guy.
