I really would like to go. It would be my first rally.

I have a Duty Manager shift to work for the local Telephone System in case someone gets drunk and knocks a pole down.

Actually, the weekend before the 7th would work for me, too.

 

It isn't set in stone.. but a birdy told me about the 7th, and I figured why not.

 

Well, the "birdie" just freed up a couple more options for ya.

 

Why must Saturday be the busiest day of the week?

I can't make it. I'm not allowed to take a single Saturday off from July til November.

 

Ooh...shucky darn. Thats the date my sister gets married. Won't be able to make it for risk of being disowned.

A thought....I second Dave's suggestion. A weekend prior to, or after and I'm in, but I understand if plans have already been made.

Oops, I've had to edit my last post. The week after the 7th is no good for me. I've committed to working a shift for someone else that day. So, that leaves July 31 and Aug. 7 for me.
