So shall we decide on May 25th?

 

So far, the "numbers" would point in that direction, however, that date is still over a month away whereas the earliest date in a bit over 2.5 weeks away. If we choose that one, we need to set it now.
How about we say May 25th for the sure (meet and drive) and May 11th for a casual meet only for anyone who wants to come?

 

I am down for both days as long as it is near 11:00 or noon.

May 11th - Let's meet at about 11 AM in a suitable spot (meaning less cars around) between Starbucks (in Chapters) and the Crowfoot theatres. We can "socialize" a bit and then decide on a place to move to for lunch?

May 25th - meet at about 9:30 AM same location for coffee at Starbucks, then leave for our drive (when we're good and ready) for Canmore to have lunch?

This location is relatively safe and we can keep an eye on the cars just in case we have "stalkers".
