If you can see what I'm seeing outside my window right now, you might want to re-think that idea!

OK, all you guys that have your snow tires on, I guess you're feeling pretty smug, huh? I suppose I'd better go down and put all 4 back on my car now.

Not so fast Dave, I think you can go one more week with the S02s since you're on vacation. It will melt by tomorrow.

This morning was crazy, first time driving in accumulated snow/ice/slush with a RWD. I made it fine since I really never got out of 1st gear. The Blizzaks held up good. Starting off was a bit interesting since the rear would kick out a bit, but you can control it.

This might be one of the worse mornings this winter since there was no salt or gravel laid down, just pure slush, ice and snow, pretty tough even with the best winter tire.

TOO LATE!
I had to go out so I did it. They ain't coming off anymore. From the moment I put on my coveralls to the time I hung them back up - 24 MINUTES! ---- 4 wheels off, 4 wheels on, torqued each lug on properly, including locking lugs, checked and adjusted pressure on all of them, put all my tools and tires away.
Did my first drift through a right hand sweeper - WHAAAHOOOO!
