crap i cant do sunday afternoon - motorcycle race weekend for me hopefully you guys are out later

 

Wow, this is exactly what NOT to do make a successful meet. Geez n00bs. First you set a date. Don't try to accomodate everyone. Just set a date that is reasonable, ie. weekend but not long weekend, and set it well in advance. Then let people figure out whether they can attend or not. Expect for half the turn out of how ever many sign up. Done.
