yeah especially with the S2000 it was made for the track. It should almost be a crime to own an S2000 and not hit up a couple of track days with it and experience what makes this car so damn good!

are u allowed to take a passenger with u?
or is it too much weight?

the weight is noticible but yeah of course you can take passengers. We do it all the time.

took my DC5 to racecity, mission, PIR...but nothing yet for my s2k.

may or aug PIR though

I would advise against taking a passenger if it's your first time out. Unless your passenger is some sort of Instructor; there's too much possibility of driving beyond your ability or losing concentration. Of course, if you're taking a really experienced track driver, that'd be a good passenger too.

Weight doesn't mean much compared with driving ability. By that i mean if you're just starting out, weight and modifications won't mean much as you won't be able to get everything out of a bone stock S2000 (or alot of other cars for that matter) anyway.

200lbs is very noticible to me under weight transfer (braking and turning). Not that it matters because it is not a race, but because someone asked, yes it does make a difference.
