Wow! I think it had something like 80k KM's when I sold it almost 4 years ago.
I loved the exhaust. It had a deep sound unlike most of the fart-can exhausts I hear around town. No droning issues that I recall. I actually bought that exhaust used from xviper. I loved how it sounded on his car.
Can you PM me the price you paid? Just to satisfy my curiosity.
edit: nevermind the PM. Is that option only available to members?

I'm out and about but I have a hardtop. The car warms up just fine - my biggest concern is actually getting the transmission and rear end warmed up quickly. This morning, my shifter was very sluggish and hard to move when I got in the car to start it. The clutch pedal stuck at the depressed position for a few seconds. The rear end takes a few rotations to really get properly lubricated as well. I do have a block heater so that helps a ton - the car starts without any issues at all - but you have to keep the defrost on to keep the windows clear as they will frost up pretty quickly inside if you don't.
One thing I will say about the S2000 - it warms up faster than any car I've owned (VW Golf, Acura 1.6 EL, two Honda Accords, Civic and F-150). I think having a high-compression motor that "runs hot" and a small cabin means that it's never tough to warm up. My wife's 2008 Civic takes twice as long (or longer) to get up to temperature.
