Picked up a half dead F22C a few weeks back. Need to tear it down and see what's what. Gonna keep it for future project. Probably build it up as a stockish F20C actually, and flog the F22C specific bits.
Meanwhile, just waiting on spring, warm weather, and some more time to get the AP2 tranny and another 4.44 diff into the car. Hopefully will take out the current (noisy but fully functional) 4.44 diff out of the car this weekend. I think the shifter on the AP2 tranny got a bit damaged in shipment! Gonna hafta swap my current one over. New AP1 output flange, plus fasteners and bearings on the way too.
Also have a softtop from an '06 and Fidanza aluminum flywheel to go into the car. Just need to buy a clutch, thinking Exedy OEM replacement.
And after following the 'Official RPF1' thread in the gallery, found that old Accord centre caps fit the RPF1s, although the rears will need a bit of modification with a dremel tool. Finally they look a bit more tidy!
Speaking of spring....we should seriously actually do an S2000 meet in Edmonton for once! Also, anyone know anything more about getting into the IRL race? I keep seeing those guys down in Florida getting to run their cars on the track, and they get to help promo the race too.

Well alot of S2000`s usually end up going to the DC5ab meet`s. Which are always in edmonton or sylvan lake. Always a ton of S2000`s. Always bigger then the recent S2000 meets.
Yeah this forum is definitely dying down. Usually I try and post a lot. But lately there is nobody posting, so there's nothing for me to reply too. I wonder where mikeyCB has gone? He must be super busy at work. He used to be on here as much as I was before.
I would be up for a meet in Edmonton for Spring. I was at the last DC5 event in Sylvan Lake and it was good to meet the other S2K people but I wish a lot more of us would have been there.
We (dc5ab) will be hosting another one of our annual sylvan lake "spring is here" BBQ's where everyone is invited (so long as you respect people and laws).
Likely May 9 or 16
But yes, I would love to do the IRL parade lap with s2000s.... but as mentioned we would need like 30-40 of them realistically.
I was given the contact last year and don't mind trying to set it up, but i would need FIRM FIRM FIRM commitment.
I'd be down for that for sure, it's a very cool opportunity. More than likely, we'd need the support of the Calgary crowd, plus whatever NSX and RSX people too.
