My only thought is that the price is still too high... most high mileage WRX's are going for low 20's.

This is why I never sell a car privately... sure you take a bit of a hit on a trade-in, but it's just so much less hassle.

Now, don't shoot the messenger...but I pulled a report for you from my Red Book Online account to get the current average wholesale/retail price on an 02 WRX. This doesn't take into account any upgrades you have, but it is adjusted for mileage and for the Alberta market. A really clean example, with updgrades that a buyer puts value on could command a premium, but you're still in low-20s territory.
