To the best of my knowledge, the US versions have a different wiring harness and wouldn't have the DRL relay or even a plug for a DRL relay. Aftermarket parts are available to help out in this regard. I've put them in before but I think the ones we use take about an hour...

Yeah, I was unbelievably busy today so I didn't get to do Al's car. Aaron took care of it instead. He's an apprentice but he's quite a good guy and very careful/respectful of the S! Al's car is actually my roommate's old car!
