Wow, sounds pretty high priced to me...for a thousand or two more you could grab a brand new one with a warranty that's useable here

Why so much? Brand new one in Canada can be negotiated down below 50k out the door, easily. (not to mention with a warranty).

Did you mean $39,500?

hey...i am not the one selling...i am just posting what he wants me to post...haha

that's y i put $49,500 obo...not firm...haha

it's basically brand new consider it only has 2100km on it....

brand new here in canada it's like $50k to $52k depends on where and who do u talk to....but PLUS taxes.....

if i take it $51k as average....plus tax, will be over $54k out the lot....

so for $49k.....still saves u about $5k....only downside is no warranty......

the seller is also willing to lower the price if the buyer is purchasing warranty....

but how often do u see anything go wrong with the s2k....??

Sorry, that's used in my book. Plus no warranty.

Yeah I say he'll be lucky to get $40K. Unless someone has the cash to buy outright, there's a good chance they're going to end up with a higher interest rate on a loan than buying it new

Plus considering the fact of NO warranty, even if you do drive it back to the states (warranty void unless the vehicle is owned by an American working up here on for a limited term), it's going to have to be a GREAT deal on top of that.

My calcs:

$50,500 - New before tax
- $2000 - Discount to move an '07 ('08 stock coming in soon)
- $5000 - No warranty
- $2000 - Not new
======
$41,500 - Value of this car to me

I don't think I'd go much higher than that. You still have to pay tax on a used car here, do you not?
