Going Wide
I've been thinking about going wide ever since I ordered the ASM front and rear. I just love the look of a widebodied S2000. Not that I don't like the S2000 as is, but wider just makes it look so good like it was the missing piece of the car all along.
Of course, with going wide I'll need wider rims and tires, plus the additional cost of fenders and rear flares, plus more body work at the shop to get everything fitted and painted. Is it worth the money and time? Need some input as I have thought about this for so long now and I don't know what I want.
I probably don't need the extra traction that's for sure, this is mostly for aesthetics. Which in the end probably isn't worth it...but what do you think?

You'll substantially reduce the resale value of the car by doing this (unless of course you find a willing buyer that will pay a premium for such a unique build).
That for me would be the deal breaker.

I agree 100% with Koala. You'll ruin the look and the resale value.
I don't mind the look so much, but it's just so much hassle. personally I'm pretty much done with modifying cars, too much work, hassle, hurts resale value and is a big pain in the ass 9 times out of 10. Short of wheels and tires, I don't think I'd do much to a car anymore
