Can someone confirm that any unpaid Impark tickets DO NOT affect your credit rating?? I have heard different things and I can never get a straight answer.

Impark does forward all unpaid fines to a collection agency. I've had calls from collections agencies on a few different occasion on fines which I never bother paying.

Do collection agencies have access to your credit rating?

 

Any business who you owe money to can affect your credit data. They have to have documented proof that you are in default.
