Default June 3 - Time Attack results

Great time had by all...some well prep'd cars out there and even better drivers. Although i hit a cone and was DQ'd on my 1st session, i managed to man handle the car into doing some good things and eventually came out with this:

3rd - Race category and i believe 5th overall (5/24)

The car didnt feel very confident, but im happy with how it went. I know there is still much speed to be had and i think much of that is from later braking.

Vids to follow

---------------------------------------------------------

Race Tire
1 - Trent Oster - race pre'd FC
2 - Alex Espinoza - turbo 944 on race tires
3 - Ian O'Donnell - s2000 on re01r - "they say race tires"

Street Tire
1 - Mitch Lalonde - killer z06/07?
2 - Dean Chorzempa - turbo miata
3 - Larry Leung - ITR

You said "the car didn't feel very confident". Any idea why?

^Still not enough seat time with the setup and im still dialing in tire pressures and suspension settings on my PSS9s.

But part of it can be attributed to the fact that s2000s are easy to drive quickly, but hard to drive fast.

What do you have for a front sway bar? I am running the Gendron bar from Small Fortune Racing. It tamed the car's handling a lot -- almost too much for my tastes, but my co-driver loves it.
