Default Little Red River Region?

Anybody in Alberta heard of the Little Red River region?

I just want to get some inputs before I actaully apply for a job up there...

Red River makes me think of the area surrounding Winnipeg......where the Red River is.

Do a search for "Little Red River Region" on google and you will find Red River etc. as per above and Little Red River Cree Nation.....near High Level Alberta.......that's almost in the NWT, folks......been there a couple of times.

Yes, Little Red River Cree Nation is where the school is located.

Wow, I didn't expect NWT! That's kinda extreme. Thanks!!

Bring lots of bug repellant and bug netting in summer, mukluks and mittens in winter. Oh, and the isolation ..............................

I noticed that there is only 1 main road that connects me and the town.




I was looking forward to a country side type rural setting that's not too extreme.

Hey, at least there is a road in and out of there! You could go to Rankin or Iqaluit instead
