im having a hard time choosing which place to have my wedding at

i heard punta cana is a more quite place for relaxation which i would like to have...

The Mayan Riviera is very nice but expensive compared to the Pacific side of Mexico, I have no experience with Punta Cana. Your marriage certificate will be in Spanish and you need to have blood tests done to get married in Mexico (which kind of sucks). I get married 3 weeks from today in Maui, all we need is our drivers license and $70 U.S. and we are hitched.

That's because it's way nicer.

I wouldn't suggest being in mexico anytime before December.

I'm going in January to Los Cabos. The weather will be awesome right around then.
