It was a pleasure coming out and hanging out with the fellas last night, albeit for a brief period of time. The rain stopped, the roof dried up, and all is well once again.
Ian, it was a pleasure having met you. I'm sure you are one from a choice crowd of S2000 owners from back home. I will be sure to contact you when I am there in the early Spring.

Well, what can I say (other than I am back in the UK and seriously jet-lagged!

Thank you so much for making me so welcome last Friday evening - it was great to meet you all and talk S2000/F1/cars!
Special thanks to xviper for arranging the meet and for collecting and returning me to my hotel - you are a star, and it was wonderful to ride in a real car after 2 weeks exile in a Ford Explorer! And what a car - the CAI and exhaust make the S sound even more awesome than usual. I can wait to read about the gear install (and your impressions of driving the S with the new ratios). I hope all goes smoothly
Danny, thanks for giving me the opportunity to see a Sebring Silver S2000 - the car looks great! I will forwards more specific details of the Goodwood festival of speed to you soon, in the mean time, hear are a few pictures that I posted of this years event:
