my car is a 2001 sebring silver I think? / black interior, 23,000 km's on it... in really good condition too.

I've never owned a used car before... this is the first.

I got a bit scared today when the passanger side HID didn't turn on with the driver..... but I turned them on and off a few times and it worked.

I still havn't redlined this thing... I've had it to 8,000 and 8,500 2-3 times... VTEC maybe a handful of times.

This is just such a fun car to drive even without VTEC.

Model year 2001 would make it a "Silverstone Metallic" silver. "Sebring Metallic" silver came out for 2002 year and is lighter silver. You'll see both on the 14th. Looks great.

"koala" --------- VERY NICE MATTRESSES! And the car is pretty spectacular too. Now get some Zaino on that baby befor too much road salt and debris get on it.

Guys, I'm looking at a mid to late afternoon quick coffee on that day - maybe around 4 PM so more people can pop by. I haven't decided yet where but I'll PM everyone next week with that info. Pencil it in your calendar.

Come on, get those snow tires on and we'll have a snow auto-X. We'll get it on video to show the rest of the forum. "We don't worry about no stinking wet roads!"

late afternoon on the 15th is fine with me!

Actually i have a good idea. Since its far too cold outside to apply Zaino and have it dry in a reasonable period of time... the next time I work 9-9 (I do once a week)... I'm going to wash my car at the Shell down the street (I know, I prefer hand washing, but thats a bit difficult in the winter)... try and chamois it the best I can, then whip it in the warehouse here... and then have the whole day to Zaino it.

Luckily about a month ago I ordered a ton more Zaino. But unfortunately, I have too much Z5 now... because my RSX was arctic blue pearl, the swirls showed so much easier...

Do you use their leather treatment as well? It seemed to work well for the questionable leather in the RSX (it wasn't the best quality leather, lol)

Do you have the ZFX? Since you may only have a day to do it, with the ZFX, you could get 3 coats in the same day.
If you have a full bottle of Z5 you don't want, I'll buy it off you.
I bought their leather cleaner on my last order but haven't used it yet. Still working on my last leather conditioner (Macguiar's, I think).

Yeah, I have ZFX... running out tho.

Even with ZFX it needs to be at least 70 F out to dry in a reasonable period of time... so I figure if I park in the warehouse, and put the heat at 22 Celcius back there, it should take no time at all... not to mention no dust blowing on the car, and great lighting.

Interesting. If it's a 2001 it should be the dark silver. Have you checked your VIN?
