Default My Cellphone Picture Thread

So I snap the odd picture from time to time around Calgary or elsewhere and they've just been sitting in my phone doing nothing. So I thought I'd share em. I wouldn't expect this to be an amazing thread

A couple of odd signs:

So I can come in without any of those things?

We end some Saturday nights looking like this guy

Okay so this one was homemade up at Sunshine in the Gondola by my boss' wife. That'll teach em to sit in a closed box with me the day after a big night out.

Cars around Calgary

Alright

Definitely the biggest rims I've ever seen. Taken on 4th St at 17th Ave SW

Nuthin too special about this, I just like when people don't put away their toys for the winter though they can clearly afford to. Driving year-round FTW!

The first snowfall of the season, parked outside my office.

Random Stuff

Warming up by the fire, looks like my buddy on the left is being ravaged by someone

Me shopping at Costco , this sled now sits in my storage room unused. I think I'll see if they'll take it back. Stupid impulse buy.

Chinook rolling in a couple weeks back. Ominous.

3am dinner/breakfast at "U and Me"

Rust blot test...see the puppy? Found in McDonalds parking lot on 17th ave SW on the side of an old Jimmy.

Bloody handprint on an ash try outside the bar

Bunny outside my office

Bunny sitting behind my car outside my office, I got worried about letting my car warm up in front of him with the testpipe.

Helping my roommate move in, apparently Walmart dressers don't transport well. It fell apart in our hands while we were holding it.

We didn't have any cups to make travelers that night so we filled up a couple ziplock bags. That was a disgustingly stiff drink.

Hangin out on top of a movie theater

My buddy climbing the signs on top of the theater

Car Damage

Alright, so my boss used to park super close to me to make it hard for me to get in my car. Climbing in the passenger side was slightly humorous a couple times, but now that he hit my car when he wasn't paying attention when he left the office one day, he doesn't do it anymore.

The cars at my office (Boss' truck on the far right):

How close he likes to park, sometimes closer:

The damage after he pulled out of the spot and turned too close:

The paint cracks with a little salt on em, makes them easy to see the day after.

About 6 weeks later the cracks have grown and appeared where I didn't really notice before:

When the car is clean you can't see the cracks but it's going in sometime soon to get fixed up

Okay, that is all. Not too exciting, but a little photo-documentation of some of the spontaneous happenings. I'm going back to bed now. Good night, all!

Mike

Nah not really missing Ontario, to tell you the truth. Obviously miss family and a couple of old friends, but aside from that Calgary is providing plenty well Long as you make some good friends wherever you go, any place can become good.

It's just costing a lot of cash for toys and stuff. Now I'm in the market for a bike. 2 of my friends just picked up a couple at Blackfoot Motorsports last weekend and I definitely want to get on board for some trips this summer. Right now I'm torn between an R6 and a GSXR600/750. Hmmm
