it is extremly fun!!!
im just soooo happy i got into it before the huge price jumps... if i bought it 4 months after... i m not to sure if i would of been able to afford it....
the price of the house went up 70k

House pricing is a never-ending cycle man. It's always "what if I waited and did this, or, damn I should have done something sooner" - If I would have held onto my house for 5 months longer, I would have made another 50k on it. But that's just how it goes

this picture was taken like 3 weeks, thats why there is no snow... i have a few more... but the pictures were in the dark... so they dont look so good
my house hasnt changed.. its been sitting like this for about 3 weeks.... just yesterday they started to frame it

You got lucky. Framing is where the big logjam is right now. There are houses in my neighbourhood that had the foundations poured months ago that are waiting for framers.
