Easy to navigate, simply designed and no broken links as far as I know. I would put more into the "wow" factor, as in overall design but since this is a online store, it's very good.
Looks good, very functional (most important) but lacking in a little bit of aesthetics. Nuthin you can't work on now that its' up and running! I'm not overly impressed with my mattress right now but it's like 2 months old. When I've finally had enough I'll be coming your way.

I need a new pillow! I'm more of a firm pillow person. recommendations?
or, go solid latex wrapped in wool if you like a firm feel that doesn't have much give

My sentiments exactly.

I'm actually finding more and more people these days buying a high quality firm bed and then adding natura toppers to customize the comfort... they'll do maybe a "basic" sealy posturepedic without a pillowtop and then add a latex topper and a wool mattress pad, or something along those lines

What don't you like about it? If it's firmer or more basic, sometimes adding a decent quality topper made out of latex or memory foam (depending on your preference) can make enough of a difference that you might actually keep it for a little longer... and then you can always move the topper over to a better bed later on, too.

My mattress is a (hold your breath) Ikea mattress. Grey one, second most firm they had. I can always pretty much pass out whereever necessary, whether it's a floor, car, bathtub, so it's not the worst thing in the world, by any means, I am just starting to appreciate the few hours of sleep I actually get and would like to maximize them.
I'll browse around your site and see if there's anything that catches my eye to avoid dropping $1K+ on a new mattress.

go with wool if you want firm with some give (wool pillows are like a really firm, overstuffed version of a high quality down pillow, but they dont flatten like down)
