hey all i need to change my tires now that i am in edmonton for 2 days and i was wondering where to buy tires on the best price? and what brand you think is best for sun and rain? i was thinking about bridgestone but i have no idea about the price... can anyone help me pls? thank you in advance

If you have time (doesn't sound like you do though), order from Tirerack. They have an arrangement with UPS now that when you order, you just pay a flat fee for brokerage. The savings are huge. But you will need to line up a local installer. I know the Kal Tire I've frequented charges more for installing tires you bring to them as opposed to tires you've bought from them.

Otherwise...I've enjoyed Falken GR-Beta FK451/452s in the past. You might want to look at some Kumhos too. Not all the shops carry these brands though, might take some digging around.

yea i dont have time cause i went to check my tires and they told me i have several nails on both rare tires + they are bold and its dangerous for me to travel back to grande cache from edmonton with this tires thats why i need to put them today

 

i'm in the market for some new rear tires as well, my rears are pretty much toast.

Once you get the new tires i'd be interested if you could post up what kind you went with and what your total came to including installation.
