Well, i wouldn't make it a meeting zone... as there won't be much for parking, and more importantly it's by the bissell center.
I would just make it a stop location for lunch/dinner.

Between Garden and All Happy...I'm down for a lunch-meet there. I occasionally go to the above two restaurants for late night eats.

That area has a lot of sketch characters, but there are ballin' cars parked there all the time. Even on Google Streetview you can see a Porsche Cayenne parked right across the street. I'm sure our piddly $16-30k cars will be fine there.

^i park in chinatown all the time be it near HSBC, the tofu joint, pho hao, or all happy... let alone other areas around 97st.

Never had an issue.

Always see a suzuka ap1 driving along 153th ave.
Yellow AP1 (i think) parked in Bellerive area.

Spotted vince on the way to work today, he was enjoying a cold beverage of the time hortans type haha.

Also on the way home i saw a ap2 yellow on whyte ave, i'm assuming it was jeff's cause thats the only place i see him.
