Default Opinions on the 2004 model

What is everyone's opinion on the 2004 models?
I have a friend who is interested in getting an S but does the 2004 suffer from some of the things that the 00-03s suffered from?

There is a nice one at the T&T used lot, anyone know the history on this one?

The one at T&T is a clean car, I'd go for it if the deal was right.

I prefer the '04. Not because I pay a shit load more than on my '01, but because I truly feel it is the superior car for my needs. There really isn't a single change I dislike.

the 04 is definitely an improvement over the 03. the extra 200cc's and suspension changes have made a great car even better out of the box. By the way the internet price on the yellow S2K is now under $44000.00 and to make matters worse xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

(edited by xviper - Ian, I'm sorry but you cannot continue to do this. If you wish to solicit a sale for T&T, please buy a banner and become a "vendor".)

Lets see it handles better, is faster in more situations the interior has a little more space and a few extra options and it comes with 17inch wheels which everyone seems to want... You are right just my opinion.

Regardless of what I think of 04+, the opinions stated ad naseum on this forum appear to be split right down the middle, so yes, it is just opinion.
