Default Rear lights recall

Has anyone had the tail lights recall done? I'm wondering if it is a good idea to "upgrade" to the MY04 lights (I assume that it would cost me a bit) when I have them replaced.

I believe going to the AP2 tail lamps isn't just a simple swap... I remember hearing something about cutting being involved.

But if you can do it easily, I say go for it... they look much cleaner (my opinion of course).

Yes, they do look nice....but if it isn't that simple I will likely leave them as is. Thanks.

Ask LUV2REV (Brady). I think he had the tail light TSB done. Or it might have been Chrissa.

Not me. I believe it was Brady with his older Berlina Black model. Did Mike have his done as well? I'm gonna try to get the auto-down window TSB started tomorrow under my extended warranty. The car goes to Honda West at 12 noon. Wish me luck...

Chris.

I had mine done in September. It's basically just a straight swap - don't know if they'll let you trade for 04's. The new ones they put in are exactly the same as the old ones except they are actaully red, not pink.

Same here. It is a straight swap. Heck, I was hoping for 02' lights, let alone 04's.
