Default some photos from yesterday

A few friends and I were gonna shoot a whole bunch more, but the STi had an issue with an outer CV joint and packed it in. We'd just turned into an industrial area looking for some deserted roads, so while we were waiting for the tow truck, my friend with the camera took a pile of shots. These are the nicest ones. I dunno much about photos other than I like seeing my car in them!

17x8 +5 and 17x9 +45, the standard RPF1 sizes. Apparently, the 7.5 wide wheels won't clear the calipers, and actually, neither will the 9s. All has to do with the spokes.

BTW, completely missed the Chinatown spotting comment! Doh! But yeah - probably. I go there for the food...others would call it Chinese food, but me being Chinese, I just call it going to 'town' for 'food'.

I only lowered the car maybe 15mm, though it settled slightly. I think I have maybe a very tight 2 finger gap now.

But I didn't roll anything, though I probably could to tidy it up a bit. I did cut away a bit of the rear fender, the plastic bit, and also relocated the bumper retaining screw a touch further back. I think on big bumps whilst turning the fronts rub a bit on the fender liner, but not really near the fender lip, more on the inside.

Here's my current desktop too, BTW.
