Default What clutch?

My 02' S2K has 73k on it and I feel as if I would like to replace my clutch, I started driving it last week and doesn't feel like when I got it used a few years ago. It's not worn out by any means but I may have lost the feel for my car after not driving it over the winter. Anyway, what are guys using for clutch replacement, stock or aftermarket? I don't track my car, I drive it only 10 to 15 days a summer and when I do drive it, it is quite spirited driving. When I replace items I usually like to enhance the performance of the car by going "better than stock" even though I barely drive it and I don't race it. Any advice?
Thanks

I'd just do a Exedy replacement.
stiffer pedal and better clamping power.
but still not anything over the top

Some sort of "stage 1" upgrade involving a stronger plate while keeping a sprung organic disc would be ideal. Exedy is a good place to start. They make rebranded clutches for just about every major Jap aftermarket company.

My advice is determine if you really need a new clutch. 73k? That's nothing.

^concur... i am on an oem stock at 148,000km... with some very hard driving.

Mind you I have tons of friends who "needed" one at less than 100... even some at less than 73...

I put in an Exedy OEM replacement along with a Fidanza aluminum flywheel when I put in the AP2 transmission last summer. Very nice combination, I would highly recommend it. But if your car's engine is stock, and mostly just regular driving, OEM replacement is probably just fine. I got mine from one of the vendors in the forums.

ACT HD pressure plate, OEM honda friction disc, and perhaps a lightened flywheel.

I also have a high friction point (basically the top), and no slippage. Honda said I will need a clutch soon (they even tried to adjust it but the friction point didn't change) . They also quoted me $900 for labor and $800 ish for parts (no flywheel). Does this seem high or is it normal? I've some after market stuff on Ebay for way cheaper (ie Exedy clutch kit and fly wheel for under 500 cad.).
