Default Wheel Repair Shop

I remembered something about a reputable wheel repair shop in NE Calgary, and I was wondering if anyone knew who that would be... or anyone else that would be a good choice?

Reason I'm asking this now is that I have my winter wheels on of course, so my stock wheels are off the car. I want to get some curb damage taken care of, done by the jackasses at HONDA RED DEER.

at first honda red deer told me to off. I said look, I might be a 20 year old kid, but that doesn't mean you can bully me around. I know for a fact that I didn't damage the wheel. It's the front driver side rim, when the accident I had (that had me bring the car to them) was the rear passanger wheel, so there was no way I damaged it myself. Car had under 9,000 km at the time.

Anyway, I finally got them to agree to paying half. But they'll never see my car in there for service ever again.

Or Eggbert's in Edmonton.

Not wanting to sound like Mr Devil's advocate or anything but I know that I've seen a LOT of people try to blame damage on us. My service manager says he gets at least 3 calls a week blaming us for damage. Most of the time we notice if we've hurt something and mention it to the service manager so it can get explained to the customer and fixed.

They really have no way to know for sure if they did it or not if the individual who worked on the car doesn't mention it...

Could it have been damaged by the tow truck operator? Then RDH would probably have simply thought you hit a curb at some point when they were asessing damage.

Then again, if they're losing a customer, I'm only 150kms north and you can hang out while its being worked on if you'd like!

I helped the tow-truck driver tow my car... I even had my camera phone with me, so I took pictures of quite a bit of the car, but for whatever reason I didn't take pictures of the front driver corner

It's just frustrating when I know for a fact I didn't cause the damage.

Hell, I went easy on them when I discovered 3 dents in my rear passanger quarter panel, because luckily my car was going to the dent clinic on AMA's dime anyhow.

Alberta Wheel and Tire Repair. They do excellent work, but bear in mind that they will need the wheel without the tire for at least 2-3 weeks, so you might need to find a temporary replacement if you're going to be driving the car in the interim.

It really depends on the damage and type of wheel. Hard question to answer.
