damn I get easily sidetracked some days. Sorry I didn't get in there again...

 

Sorry guys!! at 8:00pm last night, I went out to plug my car in and smelled rotten eggs. I called the gas people and they came out right away (what a surprise) anyway, before I knew it there were trucks and people all over the front of my house, trapsing to the back yard. By mindnight they had a full crew and tractor thingy digging up the easement right behind my house. Partial fence had to come down.. I couldn't look this morning to see the work ahead for my dad Of course the gas had to be turned off, but it wasn't bad as at least I had warning to crank the heat for a while.

Anyway they banged on the door at around 2:30am so they could turn the gas back on and light the furnace and waterheater.

I am pooped.

 

Good thing you detected it in time. Coulda blown yourself to kingdom come.

 

At least I would have gone out with a bang! The S would have come with me.. all would have been good. Painless!!
