You may not be able to find MZ-01's as they were discontinued quite some time ago. You might find some in some shop's warehouse but I doubt it.
The Blizzak LM-22's are what you'll commonly find and they don't grip nearly as well as my MZ's, but they will get you by. "Woodson" and "Former" run the LM's. The only other Blizzaks that will fit our car is the WS-50. These should be more comparable to the MZ, maybe even better snow/ice grip but worse for dry road stability.
I have no experience with the ones Learjet is selling. You should go take a look at them and judge for yourself based on the tread pattern and depth. You can almost tell a good snow tire by looking at them and feeling the tread compound for hardness.

I just did a quick search on TireRack and the above tires are very similar in many qualities to the LM22's. My family had the MZ01's on our Windstar for a few rough winters and they performed extremely well. And I remember the video of the snow drag race you guys posted up awhile back. I guess MZ02's and 03's are the updated versions. I had the WS50 on my 323I last winter and wasn't disappointed in the snow. However, the same thing can't be said when the weather warmed up.

Anyway, thanks for your help!

I was very happy with the LM22's in the dry; they were much better than I expected from a dedicated snow tire.

Hi as a shop owner I can speak from much experience carrying many different winter tires that the Winter M2 from Dunlop, ranks in my top 2-3 favorite winter tires. I have a big problem with the blizzaks with there very high price and the fact they wear incredibly fast. Without a doubt they are probably the best winter tire on the market in terms of shear grip and performance on ice and snow, but having said that when it comes to having a quiet ride and balancing winter performance and dry grip, which in Calgary we experience much more of the latter, the best are the Michelin Arctic Alpin, Perelli P210 and P240 and the Dunlop winter M2. The sizes I'm selling are oem sizing. My car is for sale too if any one is interested, I dropped the price drastically! 01 Black/Black Comptech supercharged, Spoon Clutch, Blinder Laser jammer, clear Ricks lights, clear sides, H&R's Greddy oil, boost,EGT Warning gauges. 19000km
