Default WTB Trailer for S2000

I could use some advice buying a trailer to haul my S2000 with my MDX. I would prefer an enclosed trailer, but the whole unit may be too heavy for the MDX. Towing capacity is 2,268 kgs or 5,000 lbs.

I go to Palm Springs a few times each year and having my convertible there would be great. The problem is that I need the SUV to carry luggage as well as the terriers.

Look into aluminum trailers. They make some very nice aluminum trailers, both enclosed and opened, that would work perfect for this application. I am pretty sure it would not work to get an enclosed steel trailer as that would be too heavy for the MDX, but with aluminum you may be able to make it work. Only problem is aluminum is quite a bit more than a regular steel trailer.
