So lets see if I have this right.....

We are planning a drive for the 22nd, this up coming weekend. And we are planning a drive for the 30th also. It sounds like Terry has a planned route, but I'm still unclear about the date. If it is this up coming weekend, I can make the drive on saturday because I have this one off. If we are still planning a drive for the 30th, Denver suggested we do a "short" canyon drive. I think that will work out for that day.

Please correct me were I am wrong. I would like to make as many drives as I can before it snows.

Silk - Its good that you found your battery hold down, 'cause I couldn't find one at my shop. I will take a look at it next time I see your car.

We should drive this Saturday and then a short canyon drive on Sunday the 30th, before the BBQ at Tobi's.

Terry - Is that what you were thinking of and if so what is the planned route you would like to take and where would you like to meet up? Thanks

Silk - Have a safe trip and take care.

Saturdays are real tough for me (worse than Sundays), so I'm out this weekend but plan on making it the 30th.

I was thinking of doing the Bishop Castle run this Saturday the route was posted above. I was thinking of meeting at the rest area on I- 25 just past PPIR somewhere between 9:30 am and 10:00 am I also was planning on doing the short ride next Sunday but will not be able to attend the BBQ you know the Bronco thing. I am flexible on the start time and the meeting place for Saturdays ride if anyone has a different idea Just let me know.

Terry,

That sounds good! I should be able to make it, I have a couple things that are up in the air right now. Is the rest area north or south of PPIR? Would you be willing to push the start time back a little bit? Maybe meet at 10:30 and drive at 11.

Denver folks - Anyone else trying to go? Where do you guys want to meet to go to the springs? Our usual place at Soundtrack?

meeting up at Soundtrack would work for me if I can make it
I will have a better idea on Thursday.

P.S. I got my oil filters on hold at the dealership so I will definitely be stopping by on Thursday. Thanks bud

Kyle, the rest area is 2 to 3 miles south of PPIR. We can push the start time to 11ish. Hope to see everyone there.
