Per above thread it's official, track will be closed down as of Oct 31, 2005 and sold off, new buy isn't allowed to use it for motor racing.

 

i knew i should've gone to see danica patrick race up there.

 

yea their closing all the freaking race trackes down that i know of..stupid colorado

 

Yeah Second Creek is done in a few weeks and no PPIR. I guess I'll be running at meed next year.

 

yea and i just moved too. i live 5mins away from Second Creek. and was excited to run my s2000 there when i got it...but now freaking commerce city maked them close down. along with the dirt track which gave me something to do on saturday night..

 

You should come out next friday the 21st they are having an open track day. I'm going to be there for sure.

wtf... man, that's just sad. It's totally strange to think of Pueblo as "the place" to go track your car. On the bright side, if I move back to CO it will likely be back to PW and I'll once again be 10 minutes away...and maybe then there'd be more than one or two cars running

Anyone wins 129 million let me know, I've got a great plan to use it to build an awesome track
