04-09 OEM front lip
Where is the best place to purchase the AP2 OEM front lip? I check the HONDA parts website and it is listed for $500!!!! Anybody know if there is any alternative place to purchase this piece? Thank you!!
They are all discontinued. If you find any for $500 BUY ALL OF THEM. lol. Any OEM honda front lip is gonna cost you $$$.
discontinued? Why is there an option to buy under the Honda dealership website for accessories (see below)??

Don't worry, you'll pay a premium.
$500 was the price when they were last available a couple of years ago. Near consensus here seems to get one of the reproductions and appropriate gasket and spend several hours fitting it to your front bumper. These seem to be available on OE colors on Ebay.
But your front bumper is likely a stone magnet like mine was so before fitting the lower spoiler you'll need to get that refinished/repainted to the tune of several hundred dollars. Matching the paint color on the three sections of the car (hood/fenders, bumper, spoiler) can be difficult and beyond the skills of the typical DIY install (well beyond mine!). Top grade body shop had my S2000 for a week refinishing the front bumper fitting the new OEM lower spoiler. Only color they had to fool with was the bumper, the hood/fenders and OE spoiler colors matched.

BaysonR makes a fantastic replica - and while I'm not one to support replica products, it's just a plastic piece on the front of your car that will get littered with rock chips and scrap on driveways if you're low.
90% of the time they're sold out, just checked now and they seem to have stock.
