I've never seen the hype in wrapping something in carbon fiber to make it look like something its not. But if you like it then go for it!

I never fully understood the fad of unpainted carbon but I would definitely not wrap the panels. Not because of the look, it really serves no purpose at all. At least with real carbon you are dropping weight.
