Amuse Lip Ap1... Need help!

Ok... maybe I'm not searching right but I can't seem to find a installation instruction for the AP1 Amuse Lip. I bought it from a forum member and had NO hardware -_- I need help mounting the lip so I can then go get it painted. Do you know if I can buy the hardware at a local Home Depot or something?
