What's going on ?! I'm planning on swapping to an ap2 bumper (I have an ap1)

I know you have to make cuts on the bumper beam to fit ,percicely but what If I decide to change the whole bumper beam to an ap2 ? Would that work?

Any other adjustments needed to be made for this ?

And just to be sure all I new is the bumper and bumper beam right ?!

You also need AP2 fender liners. I believe you can modify your AP1 liners to fit.

Do a search through these forums. There are plenty of threads that show where and what you need to cut as well as how to modify your existing fender liners.

 

There are 9 holes/bolts you on the bottom of the bumper and liner. With ap1 liners you can line up and bolt up the middle 5. The the remaining 4 (2 on each side), I just used zip ties to hold them together. It's more than secure. With the bumper beam just shave down half an inch on the top corners of both sides. You can just a grinder, its easy.
