Default Basic, Quick License Plate Question

I'm embarrassed to ask this, but after looking all around the hood and front bumper of the car I can't seem to find where/how to snap these connectors off.

I want to get that gross CarMax plate frame off and reposition the license plate onto one of the bottom corners of the bumper. I can't find where to go in from the back to remove it, or if there's any way to do it up front.

Who installed your front plate with rivets? Wow! Thats ruf! U have to drill them out. The threads on the inside of bumper must not be there anymore
