Default Bumper dents

I'm looking for input from anyone who actually has body work experience. I'm currently redoing a AP1 and trying to do alot of the prep work myself before it's dropped off to paint. The front bumper is in excellent shape except for a few tiny "dents" there are no cracks in the bumper yet I feel like the indents are to deep to simply put body filler on. What is the prefered method for CORRECTLY fixing this? Or is this something that I should truthfully just get a new/ replacement bumper.....I've attached some pics to try and help explain better....

I just made a DIY that you can use.
Sand down, primer, sand, base coat, top coat, clear coat. Let dry and relax!
Your "dents" are very repairable.

Thanks for the reply, I checked out the DIY that you wrote up and that looks like a really good system. However, my repaint isnt going to be yellow or even a factory Honda color. I'm mostly looking to fix the actually dips in the bumper, not as much the paint. I know as a general rule you shouldnt "fill" any dent that is more than 1/16th of an inch. Which I believe these exceed. Thank you though, your bumper came out pretty good!
