Unhappy Can this frame be saved?

Found a car on craigslist, clean title with awful things done to it. Front was cut, can this be fixed? Also, what would I need to get to re-weld? I'm afraid that i would need a whole front clip.

As someone mentioned, Looks like a good Lotus 7 Clone/Birkin drivetrain donor to me if the motor is still good

Plenty of other chassis in good condition for not too much money out there if you want the S2k.

looks like a good candidate for a tubular front end. maybe a drift missile. I think it could be a really cool project if you are into custom fab. Id run the other direction if you are trying to produce a "stock" like s2000. Project car.
