just wanted to let the s2k community know to never buy carbon creations parts, probably the worst encounter with a carbon part i have ever seen. the fitment is not even close. now i am fighting to get my 640.00 back. even though they were purchased through andys auto sport, they are somehow making me deal with extreme dimensions, aka carbon creations, i recieved these and not even 24 hrs later found myself buying vis carbon oem style fenders. seriously id be suprised if the carbon creations didnt blow off while going down the road. so if anyone wants to give them a try i can see myself stuck with em and will have em up for sale for 275.00 lol

 

Well extreme dimensions guarantees fitment maybe pm them? Interested in pics !

 

Contact them through this board, and let's see how they handle it. Yes I received an email assurance that they would stand behind any fitment or quality issues, which sounds like your problem. Are they really that flimsy..... Do you have any pictures of the fitment problems.

I don't believe that they would leave you hanging if you contacted the manufacturer. If so, who would buy the product?

 

I find it interesting that your first post on the S2Ki forums is to come in and bash our product, feels a bit suspect. Regardless of that fact, I apologize about the difficulties you are experiencing with our products. I've honestly never had an issue that I couldn't fix, if it was purchased through me, or Extreme Dimensions directly. Forum members are my priority and I am sure members here can concur. When you purchase through a middle man, our hands are tied, because the policies and terms set by the company you are purchasing from have to be followed by you, the buyer. Based off of your comments no one has given you a cold shoulder, or has said that they do not want to work with you on this matter. I don't know the complete story because this was brought to my attention by another member.

I am here for you if you need any questions answered about your claim, just provide me with a claim number. I would love to step in and help at this point but since the purchase was done through one of our vendors, our hands are tied until we are able to communicate with them on this matter. Since the fitment is off you shouldn't be responsible for loosing money on this part. Even though I only know one side of the story, I am sure this will get resolved for you very soon.
